What You’ll Do

Install holiday lights on rooftops, trees, bushes, and other exterior features
Use ladders safely and confidently (ladder safety training provided)
Ensure clean, professional, and aesthetically pleasing installations
Engage with customers on-site to provide quotes or recommendations
Work independently or in teams across multiple job sites per day
Assist with takedown and proper storage of lights post-season
Represent the brand with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Support marketing efforts such as placing yard signs or distributing door hangers

Qualifications

No experience required — training provided!
Comfortable on ladders and rooftops (roof work required)
Able to lift, carry, and work with tools and light strands outdoors
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Clear, professional communication skills
Self-starter who works well independently and with a crew
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work in varying weather conditions
